But like so many women, I was taught to play small, stay nice, act “lady-like,” and settle for what looked good on paper. I knew how to hold it all together, how to look the part—but I was disconnected from who I truly was.

Then something shifted.

I stopped chasing the image—and started choosing alignment.
I stopped asking for permission—and started trusting my own voice.
I stopped trying to be wife material, coach material, likable material—and remembered: I’m made of the Divine.

And that’s the energy I bring into everything I create.
